"I was looking for a jack or something to lift my motorcycle to do maintenance. One of the employees gave to the wrong lift for my bike and now I have to return it. "
"I have Visited this store around 3-4 times. I first bought 2 3/4 helmets . The one we choose , they only had one. I had to go to the Pleasnt hill store by McGuire Harley. When the got to the Pleasant Hill store I found out that the helmet cost more. Instead of matching the price the people there were kind of adamant that I couldn't get the sales price.
Excellent customer service. Manager EJ, really mad me and my wife comfortable. Explained about full face versus half versus 3/4. They helped me set up my Sena 20c Bluetooth communication . I have also dealt with Kevin counter. You won't go wrong with there service.
